I promise soon I will get back to it! I just have been very busy at the start of 2014 and have not managed to make anything for a while, I have still been crafting, but not with tags and stuff. I have been doing some paintings for family and for myself. I have since got a new lap top that I absolutely love and I am working on buying a new camera for myself. I have big plans for my blog and other areas coming this summer, maybe a little earlier! so don't forget about me ha-ha! I will be back soon I promise! I hope you all have a a great start to your 2014!<br />

I thought they were so cool so they inspired me a little bit. that was always my favorite childhood Disney movie, and after I saw that movie, I started to sing the songs.... "<em>painting the roses red, painting the roses red!"</em> and if reminded me that I had plain white roses.. and I wanted to make them more exciting:) so I decided to paint my roses pink, yellow, teal and purple:D<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3jsGgoir2v1z1ACnQRfUoGLvzGisp9xjFUnG3mZd7ZXplX6VCQHGDbcZRGH0m75rpYBoOAKScIEWQhtskZDuuFRsvLFIZ3U9-js3CTsx1F_yr7Ae0BZkeqbyAYPsbSYlI3VQVaQtJb-Qr/s1600/IMG_0616.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3jsGgoir2v1z1ACnQRfUoGLvzGisp9xjFUnG3mZd7ZXplX6VCQHGDbcZRGH0m75rpYBoOAKScIEWQhtskZDuuFRsvLFIZ3U9-js3CTsx1F_yr7Ae0BZkeqbyAYPsbSYlI3VQVaQtJb-Qr/s400/IMG_0616.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
I decided to glitterize mine, but I thought they looked rough and just unique and shabby chic at the same time! literally all I did was dip them in paint and sprinkled glitter on them lol! so just try this wit your fake flowers and paint and I promise it will spice everything up!<br />
<br />

<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<a href="http://kayla-beautyofetc.blogspot.com/2013/05/diy-vintage-frames-cheap-easy-room.html">http://kayla-beautyofetc.blogspot.com/2013/05/diy-vintage-frames-cheap-easy-room.html</a><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">but today, I'm going to take the tutorial a step farther!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">use that last tutorial to paint your frames and now were going to make those into bulletin board's.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVIBp4i_v5o0M1SnbjAsf7PpSqxxKgGPX8BXr0gjzQIJdnrk6UQoGAn2-tpqB_3-c435CGLvfr3AllJkwf66rXKCvxYlvEihyphenhyphenSLYDUeMRulu0wq06O1EKRyN9IUVLNPRi8ITMncsqwuBPw/s1600/IMG_0362.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVIBp4i_v5o0M1SnbjAsf7PpSqxxKgGPX8BXr0gjzQIJdnrk6UQoGAn2-tpqB_3-c435CGLvfr3AllJkwf66rXKCvxYlvEihyphenhyphenSLYDUeMRulu0wq06O1EKRyN9IUVLNPRi8ITMncsqwuBPw/s400/IMG_0362.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">you will need:</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">-painted frames</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">-cork board paper</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">-foam board pieces</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">-hot glue gun</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">so this is super simple, the cork I bought was super thin and it had a sticky back. so I took a piece of foam board and cut it to fit the back of the frame, and then took the piece of crock and stuck it on the foam.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTjJuOWU38bCX6Dftm28izNv7bORZoPDOGCIo0wmED1s7f43Pguo2_CHOd1JeoCjxkMQT8nLUGNLk4NiWyCcgFhe-K-_WDR293hoPZT8-hk45AfSriFeylcuFBvTsCY0N6N4rPk6DNeC3q/s1600/IMG_0358.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTjJuOWU38bCX6Dftm28izNv7bORZoPDOGCIo0wmED1s7f43Pguo2_CHOd1JeoCjxkMQT8nLUGNLk4NiWyCcgFhe-K-_WDR293hoPZT8-hk45AfSriFeylcuFBvTsCY0N6N4rPk6DNeC3q/s400/IMG_0358.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">then you literally just glue it onto the frame with some hot glue and your done!!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivMhmPfLDvc6GLjvycKBUmLgj0LHwhym3w8Wfv-r-ZJdmKrLL1NbIUmSVfleDZkH1NjeCUauLNcbfy489DYTyL-3eLqQwyts9BJy5-aHRcoAuy3-zEHopj37yloYnaNini8v2gfHEmFOZ3/s1600/IMG_0360.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEivMhmPfLDvc6GLjvycKBUmLgj0LHwhym3w8Wfv-r-ZJdmKrLL1NbIUmSVfleDZkH1NjeCUauLNcbfy489DYTyL-3eLqQwyts9BJy5-aHRcoAuy3-zEHopj37yloYnaNini8v2gfHEmFOZ3/s400/IMG_0360.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrGjsPk-jPWOGSZDgu5k8F79WLREpzey35yR0jHALzGI0EZT4Wdae9tDifVnoHTQTwP-sJXxAa8GSpDim_5vqQQouZ22Thvz4AegdqKX0PqWrtJCv3-DRwaAesiNn9Vzisqx5KUXiOh24F/s1600/IMG_0361.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrGjsPk-jPWOGSZDgu5k8F79WLREpzey35yR0jHALzGI0EZT4Wdae9tDifVnoHTQTwP-sJXxAa8GSpDim_5vqQQouZ22Thvz4AegdqKX0PqWrtJCv3-DRwaAesiNn9Vzisqx5KUXiOh24F/s400/IMG_0361.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">if you want to hang them on the wall, then I just took and exacto knife and cut a triangle on the top. or, your could just duct tape it to the wall :)</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYSxUvlcC7MRZuGIK1JGJY4APrc-N9drmPE5q3K8UUrobm0YBe3vZN0KklIkUSNggNIfKhCiO8RxF28pY6zIJja2sjQG5Uiah747hyphenhyphenEVN-fR60LwktEXRyQFbcUdQzCQep2NXzxeoTb842/s1600/IMG_0363.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiYSxUvlcC7MRZuGIK1JGJY4APrc-N9drmPE5q3K8UUrobm0YBe3vZN0KklIkUSNggNIfKhCiO8RxF28pY6zIJja2sjQG5Uiah747hyphenhyphenEVN-fR60LwktEXRyQFbcUdQzCQep2NXzxeoTb842/s400/IMG_0363.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>

People are wearing the galaxy print on everything from shoes to pants to shirts and jewelry!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVdmuIFVPKkRgnPj4-K4hVqyHj4b4gybzmffY5FmJIThPUiGlGqwue-89gAoevE9B8Wysirw8psPI38dHDVnUZkIRNQNUGqNS9bSLc97851UVXOSM6yoUXnMrWBsSc8Zp9OioPP67l1SyO/s1600/IMG_0521.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVdmuIFVPKkRgnPj4-K4hVqyHj4b4gybzmffY5FmJIThPUiGlGqwue-89gAoevE9B8Wysirw8psPI38dHDVnUZkIRNQNUGqNS9bSLc97851UVXOSM6yoUXnMrWBsSc8Zp9OioPP67l1SyO/s400/IMG_0521.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">to do this project you will need:</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">- an old pair of sneakers ( vans or converse work best )</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">-fabric paint or acrylic paint in colors black, blue, purple, teal, and white ( fabric paint is best because its flexible with the fabric, but with these shoes, they were harder, so I found acrylic paint worked fine, plus I already had it handy :D )</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">- foam paint brushes</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">-dotting tools or toothpicks</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">-hard paintbrush</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">- *optional rhinestones*</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">ok, so this is what my shoes looked like before...</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhM4wZwP1P5urOdgTdjLmeTEhyphenhyphenAxmaqfx9MzgIXZEyIXhgIJFZufKld_bH2kCrUzFVOjStclP6jUyGh2cYR8XeyzUc4lH821yt42Gtx_DYaRvYEwv-v1Th_VWJG-M9ptdaB1h1tkZtXoneB/s1600/IMG_0502.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhM4wZwP1P5urOdgTdjLmeTEhyphenhyphenAxmaqfx9MzgIXZEyIXhgIJFZufKld_bH2kCrUzFVOjStclP6jUyGh2cYR8XeyzUc4lH821yt42Gtx_DYaRvYEwv-v1Th_VWJG-M9ptdaB1h1tkZtXoneB/s400/IMG_0502.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">so to start, you want to take the shoelaces out, and take either painters tape, or regular tape, and go around the white part of the shoes to make sure you don't get any tape on them. then, paint the entire shoe black.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMgXBTmDT-YMSgxKQjKtfwFmaJ51veqkHI8yQeHEVQDmWRRxVqpVtLVOu9tzQI0ZU0k-0Y-t4WVfoGPAqWZ6PkVPvv-SOzcPouqNB1ihho_4lZY6jDn6MzyzD64ZDPZIo6yP0a6iDyTPah/s1600/IMG_0504.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgMgXBTmDT-YMSgxKQjKtfwFmaJ51veqkHI8yQeHEVQDmWRRxVqpVtLVOu9tzQI0ZU0k-0Y-t4WVfoGPAqWZ6PkVPvv-SOzcPouqNB1ihho_4lZY6jDn6MzyzD64ZDPZIo6yP0a6iDyTPah/s400/IMG_0504.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I know it looks like I got paint everywhere, but its on the tape.</span></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">then, take a foam applicator and dab random splotches of dark blue, teal, purple and white all over the shoes, knowing that the white spots are the galaxys so try and make them oval shaped.</span></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwj-JbW0FQJQYHhxPDGpElQeEfUKcv89_Q24LcWQu_Z_ZSLRUr6X6ESI22qSCI_gSLKgl_3wfrASVp8tC1368Lm_An9YwnrnxNuQlcfZwiwVJXCZLX0b7C2v7WULxgYHLExBJe0A77ea-2/s1600/IMG_0506.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwj-JbW0FQJQYHhxPDGpElQeEfUKcv89_Q24LcWQu_Z_ZSLRUr6X6ESI22qSCI_gSLKgl_3wfrASVp8tC1368Lm_An9YwnrnxNuQlcfZwiwVJXCZLX0b7C2v7WULxgYHLExBJe0A77ea-2/s400/IMG_0506.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">it might look a little funky at first, but then, take a hard paint brush and dip it in white paint and fling it in little splotches on the shoe to create the look of little stars like above.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">then take a toothpick and add bigger stars in patterns </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjw01oeoE-5qLlZQfIexe0c0BM7nYyz1zdjpgMlYdLiWZT_oN08IG9NOQmv0TsfpysfW7B7GNbfZ-par-IkAL99brSKc0yB9fNrDI9jWRbFAWR51QWWukoLWkkERDhaT6vlyHrQkOQk8nQr/s1600/IMG_0508.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjw01oeoE-5qLlZQfIexe0c0BM7nYyz1zdjpgMlYdLiWZT_oN08IG9NOQmv0TsfpysfW7B7GNbfZ-par-IkAL99brSKc0yB9fNrDI9jWRbFAWR51QWWukoLWkkERDhaT6vlyHrQkOQk8nQr/s400/IMG_0508.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I took a glance at all my makeup brushes the other day and I noticed/remembered that I haven't cleaned them in awhile ... so I used my old method to clean them up!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJDaDnscejw-9x_rGN3xvpC_AvfLaGoIQlX8PA_USPQ9-MLjf7Bfq8piXcV6gkW7oGsDxcdOEGd82TeMF-7jWAn4D4L85fNC6SE6SmTwOaCOY-V5zqqMxCMf9ZPbQH-zy29uQDjOhpewN7/s1600/IMG_0480.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJDaDnscejw-9x_rGN3xvpC_AvfLaGoIQlX8PA_USPQ9-MLjf7Bfq8piXcV6gkW7oGsDxcdOEGd82TeMF-7jWAn4D4L85fNC6SE6SmTwOaCOY-V5zqqMxCMf9ZPbQH-zy29uQDjOhpewN7/s400/IMG_0480.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
if your brushes look like this.. its time to clean them, these brushes are full of germs and need to be cleaned because your taking the germs on your face, now one the brushes... now in your make-up, plus, its always nice to know that your not going to have a surprise neon color in your neutral make-up. ( as in color left over in the brushes from last night at the club ha-ha )<br />
<br />
I just used 3 products on these brushes:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5cszOW8pSPwnGyxOgXWfwThVkFmI7DqFDMQsu_ulSLYHk6DbNwp10lHkeVNr8rzfYg3JWNhrsEoE8FrhXw14RxOmfcXgh3NZ0F2emVkK4P99tTx4bHCgndnDFp1eFTJGJKrUm0WqcYhXA/s1600/IMG_0482.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5cszOW8pSPwnGyxOgXWfwThVkFmI7DqFDMQsu_ulSLYHk6DbNwp10lHkeVNr8rzfYg3JWNhrsEoE8FrhXw14RxOmfcXgh3NZ0F2emVkK4P99tTx4bHCgndnDFp1eFTJGJKrUm0WqcYhXA/s400/IMG_0482.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
1.) dawn disinfecting dish soap- this helps to get the unwanted germs out<br />
2.) olive oil - this helps remove the makeup in the brushes, and makes them feel soft<br />
3.) baby shampoo- to calm down the harsh dawn dish soap.<br />
<br />
the first thing I do is I put my "supplies" on a plate like below:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8L2nkNQnBh4oa_uM7Zn05zh7RNUNEu85y1Rch-HHKudm7vCr6xy0WlWhbkjUiDYKSp5FMReWZh6PM-Un6CyNi9_KrCsdqkD_nl2bgAhBIBPdnF68y-EpQqVScL88yCfdxosdD4CUvPUQk/s1600/IMG_0483.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8L2nkNQnBh4oa_uM7Zn05zh7RNUNEu85y1Rch-HHKudm7vCr6xy0WlWhbkjUiDYKSp5FMReWZh6PM-Un6CyNi9_KrCsdqkD_nl2bgAhBIBPdnF68y-EpQqVScL88yCfdxosdD4CUvPUQk/s400/IMG_0483.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
you first put your brush in the pure olive oil, this is going to get he makeup out of the brush and recondition the hairs. look at all this disgusting makeup the olive oil removed below</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguvpzVLkuLAvL1nQ871FG4uEKTJcycUd2zMLFPupzsFTlYviNdh6zjBauDl4yxCYsnR8tzKxZOWW0mw_USFykCCrP52pzNnGZZCs5mTQwZc0ZMAbyKqWlAsI4KLNW9-P0NsBkCCtXKufd6/s1600/IMG_0488.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguvpzVLkuLAvL1nQ871FG4uEKTJcycUd2zMLFPupzsFTlYviNdh6zjBauDl4yxCYsnR8tzKxZOWW0mw_USFykCCrP52pzNnGZZCs5mTQwZc0ZMAbyKqWlAsI4KLNW9-P0NsBkCCtXKufd6/s400/IMG_0488.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
then I swivel the brush in a mixture of the dawn dish soap and baby shampoo. the dawn also helps get the unwanted oils off the brush, you don't want to put oil like that on your face haha</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZTP-6zvDsvlFDzju67umPk-RQIjjzy8C5qHxDcZXSs6tdNPfhYftpOLVk84AWtiCpJZJiD3RvpoCL-JFT0-U0ogzUlDtuvuqJQFEGcTJflG5dHbUeQ4LETvHiKC7t3wpNhqJ0JLp7P61P/s1600/IMG_0485.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZTP-6zvDsvlFDzju67umPk-RQIjjzy8C5qHxDcZXSs6tdNPfhYftpOLVk84AWtiCpJZJiD3RvpoCL-JFT0-U0ogzUlDtuvuqJQFEGcTJflG5dHbUeQ4LETvHiKC7t3wpNhqJ0JLp7P61P/s400/IMG_0485.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
then after you do that you just rinse off the bristles and lay on a paper towel to dry! you never want to put the brushed hair up because the water will run up and drip into the barrel and loosen the glue and your brush will break, its best to store the brushes up side down, but I figure just laying them down works to ha-ha<br />
<br />

( Cheap & easy room decor day 4)<span style="font-size: large;">Hello everyone! today I'm going to show you a idea that was not mine. I found it by the lovely missglamorazzi on YouTube. it's a makeup brush holder made using a empty candle jar, and some glitter! Here's the video I watched to make this brush holder below!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRPvlXJbzGI"><span style="font-size: large;">Missglamorazzi's video for the DIY brush holder!</span></a><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9nwI6ecF3b7B0V-ZyrZ6MWPjhNF4Bw2I60NN-LD87Z04cly4BLoDJdbaZvb0tbwooWDL8rldGb3g6YHStmP_5O8PbzbT3PCH4ZTSJLePPoxUQJJ7fOQRlDkzZB_deZRaYYfzp5bkwSUiD/s1600/IMG_0351.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9nwI6ecF3b7B0V-ZyrZ6MWPjhNF4Bw2I60NN-LD87Z04cly4BLoDJdbaZvb0tbwooWDL8rldGb3g6YHStmP_5O8PbzbT3PCH4ZTSJLePPoxUQJJ7fOQRlDkzZB_deZRaYYfzp5bkwSUiD/s400/IMG_0351.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">to make this brush holder, you will need:</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">1.) a empty candle jar</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2.) modpodge ( I'm using matte modgepodge but you could use glossy)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3.) glitter</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">first you need to clean out the old wax out of the jar. I did this by placing it in the freezer overnight and the next day using a knife to crack the wax like ice and get it out.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">then I washed it out with some dawn dish soap and some acetone ( nail polish remover) it helps to get the residue out</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">next paint the inside of the jar with a layer of modpodge</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjd9ep0m62ivenZdI4F_6Q-vhj7yHSGq98ar76be_PQZlPS8lULI0Q-99MCSbtJfxpyZxxw8VyY-1Y6dZtYIY-FLp34PSHGFuwaDA7hcfkLHP2C8Ua0b_BBAa99ggUrz_VmNm_2M1MtimXO/s1600/IMG_0354.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjd9ep0m62ivenZdI4F_6Q-vhj7yHSGq98ar76be_PQZlPS8lULI0Q-99MCSbtJfxpyZxxw8VyY-1Y6dZtYIY-FLp34PSHGFuwaDA7hcfkLHP2C8Ua0b_BBAa99ggUrz_VmNm_2M1MtimXO/s400/IMG_0354.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">next, pick out your glitter and dump some in there and roll it around to cover the entire jar.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I chose a light pink glitter to match my room décor. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7qUV0YlQ0byksKQIysYkmgV44RYvGIFdp1IOf3Oj03_KOVxltJ94fhPYT6Y4ncXFrxuhuLfASLJHmyFbhp4aN4M3aMcAVxz8zy-4ON9BmSrGfmpGsy4Jz3u1vhsgTlPOR5EsYnXy7YsIM/s1600/IMG_0365.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh7qUV0YlQ0byksKQIysYkmgV44RYvGIFdp1IOf3Oj03_KOVxltJ94fhPYT6Y4ncXFrxuhuLfASLJHmyFbhp4aN4M3aMcAVxz8zy-4ON9BmSrGfmpGsy4Jz3u1vhsgTlPOR5EsYnXy7YsIM/s400/IMG_0365.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<span style="font-size: large;">after I gave it sometime to dry, I sprayed the glitter on the inside with some spray adhesive first, then I put another couple layers of modpodge on the inside, so the glitter doesn't get on anything. glitter can be really annoying, but this method, you don't even know its there.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">after that now you just have to add some filler! I used decorative marbles but you can use plant filer or you don't need to have anything:)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">done! wasn't that fun:)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />

( Cheap and Easy Room decor Day 3 )<span style="font-size: large;">Hello everyone! today I'm going to show you how to make a cheap and easy Bracelet Holder or a display! everything I got to make this was from the dollar store! I was inspired by a famous you-tuber named annorshine ( Ann or shine ). you guys should check out her channel she has amazing diy's.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJFmh7QTjQxtck9XTgl_MwUZYkS_neCy2jQu-7PiJovBG35uH8xdtHERSpbcx-obcMRnobP6995BiKbnoEIuIYDqKy6-_WE6kCmoyt4SmPXxDlzzIBVfAysXJpXwBQMtrJRTXgF2fHlAf4/s1600/IMG_0432.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJFmh7QTjQxtck9XTgl_MwUZYkS_neCy2jQu-7PiJovBG35uH8xdtHERSpbcx-obcMRnobP6995BiKbnoEIuIYDqKy6-_WE6kCmoyt4SmPXxDlzzIBVfAysXJpXwBQMtrJRTXgF2fHlAf4/s400/IMG_0432.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgc9lW-yIm6E0KC7X_8808KUffcnx8uPwWOMxx7AgOcnE5sblWj0hszrDQT2NA-thiJ9rm_uxQKRvcoC7t8r9sxtdSWPb-pP8x1xsLVW7vLVJNS5A3yh1RR9Bk9XoNp-X3rXz9jnaBGp43N/s1600/IMG_0427.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgc9lW-yIm6E0KC7X_8808KUffcnx8uPwWOMxx7AgOcnE5sblWj0hszrDQT2NA-thiJ9rm_uxQKRvcoC7t8r9sxtdSWPb-pP8x1xsLVW7vLVJNS5A3yh1RR9Bk9XoNp-X3rXz9jnaBGp43N/s400/IMG_0427.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Supplies:</span></div>
<span style="font-size: large;"><br />-a small plate ( I used a candle holder ) ( for the bottem of the display</span><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">- something to put the bracelets through ( a small round vase works perfect for this</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">- if you used something hollow then you can fill it with something, I used marbles</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">-Hot glue gun</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">The first thing you need to do is clean your components to insure that the glue will stick and stay well.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">next you need to fill your vase with the marbles or whatever filling your using. you could use, flower petals, silk flowers, rocks from a collection, fake gems etc.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">make sure you leave enough room at the top to make sure that the plate can touch the rim of the glass</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaqzR2fY8RheQzLRC7Hi_3bxBJK_TM4rdusQPGUQe83zwsxOk_kPcxtC5nIhgHp9wLSx9LOCIp9I5uga4ETEoiFa-HORVOS95SXuW5xVRfvUqQqW2OO9B_vOWkuQCnlLwRdnnTYr0zABXJ/s1600/IMG_0428.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaqzR2fY8RheQzLRC7Hi_3bxBJK_TM4rdusQPGUQe83zwsxOk_kPcxtC5nIhgHp9wLSx9LOCIp9I5uga4ETEoiFa-HORVOS95SXuW5xVRfvUqQqW2OO9B_vOWkuQCnlLwRdnnTYr0zABXJ/s400/IMG_0428.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">then you need to put a bunch of hot glue around the rim and place the plate up side down onto the glass.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg163uqW9csFck41-a_bqH5c31YMFbEAxwlDBHi1jm72DQDGVOcfbfIlgCqG2mi25vaYhSzTCrta71n3IL4PjyMBUa0wKL1Vx4E_Pn34ynvadZTC5HTWyKvSFnpS6OMGmtWWV7PzbkMfSNe/s1600/IMG_0429.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg163uqW9csFck41-a_bqH5c31YMFbEAxwlDBHi1jm72DQDGVOcfbfIlgCqG2mi25vaYhSzTCrta71n3IL4PjyMBUa0wKL1Vx4E_Pn34ynvadZTC5HTWyKvSFnpS6OMGmtWWV7PzbkMfSNe/s400/IMG_0429.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">The flip this right side up and you have a bracelet holder!</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">the bottom plate can be used to hold excess earrings or from broken bracelets or bracelets that don't fit. I mainly have rubber bracelets from concerts put I'm working on getting more!</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>

In this demonstration, I'm doing the Batman Logo, as a part of a gift for my best friend because she loves batman.</span><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8RCT-TPF64MwAwXPrxsIRQL_Kd_8b4EMaIMTaYWRxLsoeasbGaLwuLxooH8Tno6MFMXZiJzJcNdjT5omWbIt75n4E58LW_Pm0yABfouR57Ce-TsytYdtK7FIcI5KD7EpZmb7FktnAlOt9/s1600/IMG_0325.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8RCT-TPF64MwAwXPrxsIRQL_Kd_8b4EMaIMTaYWRxLsoeasbGaLwuLxooH8Tno6MFMXZiJzJcNdjT5omWbIt75n4E58LW_Pm0yABfouR57Ce-TsytYdtK7FIcI5KD7EpZmb7FktnAlOt9/s400/IMG_0325.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">The Things you will need are:</span><br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">a Canvas </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">A printed pattern ( logo or something to transfer )</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Acrylic paint in the colors of your pattern</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Paint brushes</span></li>
</ul>
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Start by selecting you logo.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">then you'll need to transfer the image to the canvas.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">if you picked a relatively simple pattern like I did, you could probably just hand draw it. but if your pattern is more difficult then here's what I suggest you do. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="color: magenta; font-size: large;">Transferring a Image onto a canvas:</span><br />
<span style="color: magenta; font-size: large;">First you need to make sure that the image is the same size as your canvas. then turn the pattern over so your on the back. take a pencil and just roughly shade in the entire area where your pattern is on the front. when you finish, place the graphite side down onto the canvas, so now the pattern side it up, then trace along the lines of the pattern and when you take it off, the image should be there!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">you could also use graphite paper for this but I find that its quite expensive when you could just do it this way.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Really, this blog is more of a "how to properly paint" post because honestly I did the batman logo, when some of you might want to do roses! you just follow the same rules and go for it! here's some techniques, ill do simple shape designs, then ill go into realistic valued images.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Simple Shape Patterns</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Techniques to follow:</span><br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Always paint using the lightest color first then the darkest color, so in this batman logo, I made sure to paint the yellow first, then go back in and add the black ( notice you can still see the pencil lines, this is good for transferring the black part, plus, once you add the black, you wont see the lines anymore )</span></li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgHhaYqC2X0N2LBQtarYynogkD-JIWYpSoE65w7CHFkKzEjoYgBUCedqSCEl7BoEKhOTklAm8rcLnqllZN9B6Rb_sHlOZv9l-yjaX-SvxmLifqo0LanHbjMBnX5RIXMS5aM8eE0nKFR2Cd2/s1600/IMG_0302.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgHhaYqC2X0N2LBQtarYynogkD-JIWYpSoE65w7CHFkKzEjoYgBUCedqSCEl7BoEKhOTklAm8rcLnqllZN9B6Rb_sHlOZv9l-yjaX-SvxmLifqo0LanHbjMBnX5RIXMS5aM8eE0nKFR2Cd2/s400/IMG_0302.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8joo9t0_lg_BC0-gtsSjwOsXwS224Gk9NqnN4QTW17ui8FcBrb9vXyRnnz10Mm7T8yLfKasSYIWnxgrU5ZWQJs6KCE5LQ5TyR2XI_jjpjdP1i54jlB_jJ54FTt00OaSKzz1z-RsdKVkLk/s1600/IMG_0303.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi8joo9t0_lg_BC0-gtsSjwOsXwS224Gk9NqnN4QTW17ui8FcBrb9vXyRnnz10Mm7T8yLfKasSYIWnxgrU5ZWQJs6KCE5LQ5TyR2XI_jjpjdP1i54jlB_jJ54FTt00OaSKzz1z-RsdKVkLk/s400/IMG_0303.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">another technique for simple shape patterns is to really take your time to get the precise, clean brush lines.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;"> carefully observe your piece and add any highlights or lowlights to your design, just to jazz it up.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Lastly, if you have a dark background, like mentioned above, make sure you paint it last.</span></li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiBqy9oB7fvOF1YwvaKfy6eSO47RNLCLohd_YX1xxUxveomEJ9ZmE8NtXez5iIy6b9IwdIq3-ydZcdM98Fh8pnLQBgBDZWHS0sMtP0eOlnTAlUvq97sRmItMwBHYD8OAfLLZG2_uppsVLz/s1600/IMG_0306.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiBqy9oB7fvOF1YwvaKfy6eSO47RNLCLohd_YX1xxUxveomEJ9ZmE8NtXez5iIy6b9IwdIq3-ydZcdM98Fh8pnLQBgBDZWHS0sMtP0eOlnTAlUvq97sRmItMwBHYD8OAfLLZG2_uppsVLz/s320/IMG_0306.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Realistic Valued Patterns:</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
</div>
<ul>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;"> when you transfer your image, I suggest going in and adding value changes. value changes are when a color gets lighter or darker in certain areas. finding these changes will help you add them in which will make the art piece more interesting</span></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: large;">take your time! a lot of people will rush this process, but you have to have patience!</span></div>
</li>
</ul>
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">so in the end, this will look really cool! something to spice up your room:) below is some ideas you can use to figure out what to paint</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Your favorite band</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">favorite flower</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">favorite TV show logo</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">favorite movie logo</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">song quotes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">book quotes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">cartoon character</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">comic book stuff</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">favorite websites</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">favorite places to vacation ( ex: beach, desert?)</span></li>
</ul>

I found these cool frames in the wood section at my craft store for like 2 dollars! and, well they weren't very exciting looking. so I though id paint them and make them look vintage, because I really love vintage looking things and I'm sure a lot you guys do too:)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Here's the things you'll need:</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"></span><br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Acrylic white gesso</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Acrylic paint of your choice color ( for the main color)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Acrylic Paint of your choice color ( for the distressing) I suggest using either black white or brown.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Sandpaper</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">paper towels</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">A frame ( can be the vintage wood ones, or just a regular frame)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Paint brushes</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Modpodge ( glossy or matte )</span></li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGSd43Fs0RB6D6oj2jHoju6dka69YcS8kyM_YfqLulUleiAYgmRcIwqOiG8gW-1CRWpdU2d7YnHB4f1rfpbq03VXiWsKh782RjpHN3-YAWRhoMGvSXd8hsAyb-ymXN1xbPUZNPLHjyLDEt/s1600/IMG_0310.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGSd43Fs0RB6D6oj2jHoju6dka69YcS8kyM_YfqLulUleiAYgmRcIwqOiG8gW-1CRWpdU2d7YnHB4f1rfpbq03VXiWsKh782RjpHN3-YAWRhoMGvSXd8hsAyb-ymXN1xbPUZNPLHjyLDEt/s400/IMG_0310.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I chose to paint one of mine gold, and the other one turquoise.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">the first thing you do is to prime your frames. pretty much because the wood might not be smooth, so I use Acrylic Gesso to make sure the wood is nice and smooth.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">then I painted one of my frames, gold and the other one blue, I'm going to show pictures on how I painted the blue one, but for the gold one, you do it with the exam same technique just different colors.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJ0-Jbwoqx0BmeLvZ9-KpLMSgv1OO1CRmtV7c-oMT1j4lIz82HRCI6Xnxs4KZoqjcamMd_Lst30_Jb1y7BJJngMNuqelDv5Xg8LIKL4K85IBGKAd89gqs_0K2CXRRuRhTKZalZYzZ5qG4y/s1600/IMG_0284.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjJ0-Jbwoqx0BmeLvZ9-KpLMSgv1OO1CRmtV7c-oMT1j4lIz82HRCI6Xnxs4KZoqjcamMd_Lst30_Jb1y7BJJngMNuqelDv5Xg8LIKL4K85IBGKAd89gqs_0K2CXRRuRhTKZalZYzZ5qG4y/s400/IMG_0284.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I mixed the first two colors together to get the color I wanted ( sorry my paint bottles are messy )</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">then I just covered the frame with the paint and a cheap foam thing. ( I don't exactly know what there called ) I used a couple of layers of paint to make sure that it was covered completely. some brands of paint take more layers than others.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"></span> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiiuVQj9XAvph8JtzJmWAYYEb9k_CEQIJNvDMSct4YNqUuU2QUW0ytN6YLc1oxqCDFmwBAOUT614V8C2xwMIKD3JpMxR09wzqmn4Wm22BOh0j1rx7Iatu6sZHZ0DYY-ghqlnQ5Odli86UhF/s1600/IMG_0286.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiiuVQj9XAvph8JtzJmWAYYEb9k_CEQIJNvDMSct4YNqUuU2QUW0ytN6YLc1oxqCDFmwBAOUT614V8C2xwMIKD3JpMxR09wzqmn4Wm22BOh0j1rx7Iatu6sZHZ0DYY-ghqlnQ5Odli86UhF/s400/IMG_0286.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">when the paint was dry, I took some sand paper to rough up the edges a little bit. then I grabbed some darker blue paint and black paint and used a paper towel to dab on the color and blend it out.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">the last step is to seal the color on the frame. for this, I just used modpodge. for the gold frame I used glossy modpodge and for the blue frame I used matte. ( I wasn't sure which one I should used so I just used both. )</span></div>

The only things you really need to create this is Baby diapers and rubber bands. then you can add small items to decorate it, like I added travel sized baby products ( shampoos, lotions, baby powder etc..) and baby spoons, and little pink rubber ducky's because this is for a baby girl:)<br />
<br />
the first thing you have to do is roll up ALOT of baby diapers. I put the patterned side in a just rolled it up and secured it with a rubber band. you don't want to use any kind of glue on the diapers because you want the mother to be able to reuse these diapers, and she cant do that if you hot glue them shut. this step is shown below in a series of pictures<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikidAna5imPbPX6bRlX40whg-Qgexmd441j6cEqW_pKoC8zWX8ktvdKMDylAcL3Vq9cEp_O1JhJda16hZqHPAWE4ZTuHR5ygXz5Pq3KAi0WcnKLRw2Frb1TqN7wWYQNzL0yEZ2WZ2ly1FP/s1600/IMG_0275.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikidAna5imPbPX6bRlX40whg-Qgexmd441j6cEqW_pKoC8zWX8ktvdKMDylAcL3Vq9cEp_O1JhJda16hZqHPAWE4ZTuHR5ygXz5Pq3KAi0WcnKLRw2Frb1TqN7wWYQNzL0yEZ2WZ2ly1FP/s400/IMG_0275.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl0THrFe6dQooL6q2dx_h1dgZeoRkLUg-9sB518R4iTi5p-rneTeMOi-K_3dX1lxvR-ZBmeDZlu08CKm5dPzwPCOKDYISyHjyITeXrMy8bHyowWRPknfiRHE5HR-M4h2ou7Vujo-toZHtn/s1600/IMG_0276.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjl0THrFe6dQooL6q2dx_h1dgZeoRkLUg-9sB518R4iTi5p-rneTeMOi-K_3dX1lxvR-ZBmeDZlu08CKm5dPzwPCOKDYISyHjyITeXrMy8bHyowWRPknfiRHE5HR-M4h2ou7Vujo-toZHtn/s400/IMG_0276.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I rolled up 60 baby diapers, I did not provide you with the info of how many diapers are on each tier because of 2 reasons; 1, I don't actually remember ( ha ha ) and 2, I want you to be able to mess with the sizes because if you don't want to sit up all night rolling up 60 baby diapers ( I remember this because I bought 2, 30 packs of diapers at the store.) but you can make it bigger or smaller its up to you:)<br />
<br />
I chose to do 3 tiers of diapers. once I got all the diapers rolled up I placed them together in a circle and took a huge rubber band and put it around all the diapers to hold them together. ( if you buy the pack of rubber bands with assorted sizes there will be this size of rubber bands in there.) I did this to every tier. I will say, its a lot easier if you have someone to help you. especially in the biggest layer cause it can be hard to hold that many rolled diapers together.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjifowtmOocuFwzD6KqQM6y1-e3kmjy_P-6_HfX3sGZg3JDepKtmi1_sd2FAg1lvGU7RLvfEBx7_r1kVHFJmwZdue5ogHBR2h4pXMWW-dABNFznBSZ0nVzH0J98_sKmCsPVGnw1h8GA9mpD/s1600/IMG_0278.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjifowtmOocuFwzD6KqQM6y1-e3kmjy_P-6_HfX3sGZg3JDepKtmi1_sd2FAg1lvGU7RLvfEBx7_r1kVHFJmwZdue5ogHBR2h4pXMWW-dABNFznBSZ0nVzH0J98_sKmCsPVGnw1h8GA9mpD/s400/IMG_0278.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
the next step is to start decorating. I bought some baby pink ruffled ribbon and my local craft store. and then I wrapped it around the cake and held it tight and put a drop of hot glue on the ribbon ( not touching the baby diapers) so the ribbon will be held in place but the diapers would not be ruined. the ribbon hides the rubber bands and makes the cake look a lot cooler<br />
<br />
after I wrapped the ribbon around it I tied 3 bows and placed it on the "cake"<br />
<br />
I bought a fake pink flower and that was my cake topper. I was pleased with this look because the flower matched the pink ribbon I bought. I used by cricut with the font cartridge to cut out the words "baby" and glued them on wooden sticks and stuck them in the flower.<br />
<br />
then the last step is just to add some little trinkets around the outside<br />
<br />
at craft stores they sell kits to do these but honestly, it was super simple to do this by yourself and the kits are expensive so it saves your money<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgfxkkoPlQ8x3gDdpZG6DjM2d1Wl9_rhqxVGVtNNzOFWzswO5fooavVTrqv4jAowTqataDZYqjlqAXTVQgykrevicZhbgiUGjAGNd9OZeDOzLi_Nh1zH9DJTn46d9K-ww4rOuuL21YLtix5/s1600/IMG950051.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgfxkkoPlQ8x3gDdpZG6DjM2d1Wl9_rhqxVGVtNNzOFWzswO5fooavVTrqv4jAowTqataDZYqjlqAXTVQgykrevicZhbgiUGjAGNd9OZeDOzLi_Nh1zH9DJTn46d9K-ww4rOuuL21YLtix5/s400/IMG950051.jpg" width="300" /></a></div>
<br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD8w1JIrz6wiqxgPMwyZ-XoA6HqLSNr2QqirVkod-8-eB1a-gUdgeYK_ZFOksxoo-TLV1_YVErkWj4C28KkddhzoVjzmC8fc0UGKOS0idsfpFLCBKLEK1EHomKKf8cK-MLq0zDIdC1P3wp/s1600/IMG_0047.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjD8w1JIrz6wiqxgPMwyZ-XoA6HqLSNr2QqirVkod-8-eB1a-gUdgeYK_ZFOksxoo-TLV1_YVErkWj4C28KkddhzoVjzmC8fc0UGKOS0idsfpFLCBKLEK1EHomKKf8cK-MLq0zDIdC1P3wp/s320/IMG_0047.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2WNibzMYshVARn3ONzdtfYssHOzRXVxRQHCdbR3XxIgnFQ_G7Mbo3pUDLggiAgAyMsnRrniO2BcDyXkdjYjq8sG5D3ekMpebnyBtYoPEys8rP-9zAdLE7RScOXGYw9XpAwzgCsDN8sgFd/s320/IMG_0048.JPG" width="320" /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
now i already know what you are thinking....and this is defently not my style.... i have a very bright colored personility so i definatley needed to brighten this up.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
If you like cool personilized furniture and you dont like spending alot of money, then i really suggest buying used furniture for cheap, and remodeling it. at least if you break it or mess it up and you only spent 5 dollars, it really wont matter. im trying to show you how easy it is to remodel old furniture, now im not a pro, but its acceptable:)</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I started by sanding down the raised design on all sides of the night stand. </div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
after that i pulled both of the knobs out.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
then i went to my hardware store and bought some spray paint primer, then a white spray paint, and lastly a cool color of regular paint.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
i sprayed the night stand with the primer first, with a couple of layers, then i let it dry for 1 day</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
then I spray painted the night stand white with a couple coats of paint, then i let it dry for 1 day.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVBlYQyny6Su47jR3am5sCm9bq8k7uwQpqhg3fwh8W0U0KXfkxfO46LTVYOqdfxqFTPgNnsG05p9VubEGEcMjCsNdR9_jYXn57IlqaaUSBPTDB2JDvJm4jxKr5i4195TctM8EcFo8uVZOs/s1600/IMG_0049.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiVBlYQyny6Su47jR3am5sCm9bq8k7uwQpqhg3fwh8W0U0KXfkxfO46LTVYOqdfxqFTPgNnsG05p9VubEGEcMjCsNdR9_jYXn57IlqaaUSBPTDB2JDvJm4jxKr5i4195TctM8EcFo8uVZOs/s320/IMG_0049.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
after that the last thing i had to do was paint the stand with a brush. i chose a pale teal color for the base.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
the very last thing i did was i went to my craft store and bought drawer knobs to replace the old ones that it had. i chose some vintage looking ones with crystal knobs.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
and done!</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
i think it turned out ok.... i just have to find a place to put it! but for about 20 dollars... who can beat it?</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
its not that hard but it ranges with every piece</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

I used The Beauty Secrets Base Coat to start off my manicure. then, i applyed the wet and wild black nail polish. i love this black i repurchased it over and over because it has great coverage and its super cheap! then i used one of my dotting tools i got off ebay in a set of 5. i put dots on the nails in a pattern where one will fit inside the above two. ( if that makes sence). then I decided to put a matte top coat, i used the one by essie. so, this was pretty simple and my nails look horible, BUT heres where the inspritation comes in. you can take this tutorial and literally make it your own by changing colors or anything! so i hope you kinda enjoyed this and thanks for reading!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15457672197547699842noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3246145245436812384.post-5034153859968753032013-03-31T20:03:00.004-07:002013-05-25T15:30:32.337-07:00 DIY: Black and White Curtains!I wish I could say that i had a stylish room, but thats not the case. i have a small room and i make- do with what i have. <br />
i must tell you this picture does not capture the inner essecense of my room. this picture looks like its taken from a childs room!! the rest of my room looks ok... i just really like color haha!! but this is why i need to change my curtains... this could be a childs room haha you just cant see the rest of my decortations haha<br />
<br />
<br />
1.) The first thing you need to do is go to your local fabric store and buy 3 yards each of the black and white fabric and 2 yards of the lace fabric. ( you will have a little extra but i always like scrap fabric!<br />
<br />
2.)next, now let me tell you, the dimensions i used were way to small for my window and they dont close all the way haha... but thats ok becausei never need to close my window because i have blinds. but, i would measure the width of your window and add like 10 inches. then again for me, my bed covers half of my window, so my curtains dont need to reach the floor.. so they dont... but honestly, id just look of the dimensions of the curtains you have now and use those haha. then you have to use your awesome math skills and divide the width by two and add a couple inches and now you have your width of the panels ha. for mine.. i cut each panel 25 by 12... they work for my window but there probably not gonna work for yours:) use your brain sweetie:)<br />
<br />
other words: take the widtch of your window add 15 inches. take this number and divide it by two, thats how wide each panel has to be. now you have to decide how big you want the stripes to be. for my 25 by 12 i did 3 black and 3 white with lace. so you just take your special number ( by ) the nuber of inches you want the thickness of each stripe to be. and thats how big you need to cut the strpies. again i did 3 white and 3 black but if your actully gonna see the whole curtain.. id add a couple more....make sence..?<br />
<br />
im horrible at explaing things!<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDwJi1MTkU7u6P9KjM2-VYG57ec69dBmsKGm0VUZ74V6chJd4CPLhLFJq7r2-LQSpOIRmFsSMFT2pzPGv0CcwoK9pT8H4397b5lEkv6OEKuU2aL0UNfa5ErOsbRxnosgLl6g12MjyfYPQr/s1600/IMG_0881.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDwJi1MTkU7u6P9KjM2-VYG57ec69dBmsKGm0VUZ74V6chJd4CPLhLFJq7r2-LQSpOIRmFsSMFT2pzPGv0CcwoK9pT8H4397b5lEkv6OEKuU2aL0UNfa5ErOsbRxnosgLl6g12MjyfYPQr/s320/IMG_0881.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
3.) so now you just sew the lace all the way around the white so that now your just left with the white panels ( with the lace attached ) and the plain black panels<br />
<br />
4.) now all thats left is attaching the black to the white and vice versa. make sure you but the "right"sides together so that when you flip it out you have a perfect seam!<br />
<br />
<br />
5.) now add the place where the curtain will go in. ( you just have to sew two lines about a inch and a half apart and about a 1/2 inch from the very top so that you get a ruffled effect.)<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0SYCuYb3WGEh4tg-gOC-pF5N8AqYH4IKk5pKd1LBzDKLhtAYM3S_5haH_qNxUqomNarMXRZ_B0ufGQfpo-ykFHZJfH4AlrspJRpUN6qjLwYKdeY1vHqQsiMOoMVpTmjSI_Rg75lMTdvIW/s1600/IMG_0883.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0SYCuYb3WGEh4tg-gOC-pF5N8AqYH4IKk5pKd1LBzDKLhtAYM3S_5haH_qNxUqomNarMXRZ_B0ufGQfpo-ykFHZJfH4AlrspJRpUN6qjLwYKdeY1vHqQsiMOoMVpTmjSI_Rg75lMTdvIW/s320/IMG_0883.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
6.) the last step is to go around the other three sides and fold about a 1/2 inch in to make good edges. you pretty much do the same as "hemming pants" but just around the edges of your curtains.</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
DONE!! OH WAIT.......</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
now you gotta repeat the entire steps for the other panel, but i guess you could just have one if you want..... not sure how tht would look.... but be my guest:)</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
this is normally when you realize how tired you are and how long youve been working when you practically have to start over:)</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
when your done the panels should match up on your windows and look somthing like this below</div>
<div align="left" class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWDs16AIfPP7PSkabDGIuwO-s_tBzcFMqWdBf60Csp5r3k1OjUtmbKoxfONCfh0lFzcSrgL2eYEavDN4Hp-aziHXsy71SneOKT3XWr7bW3XeDOeKRqiEnYE3-XQHL_shnLtPE9jlLj0Zpu/s1600/IMG_0887.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWDs16AIfPP7PSkabDGIuwO-s_tBzcFMqWdBf60Csp5r3k1OjUtmbKoxfONCfh0lFzcSrgL2eYEavDN4Hp-aziHXsy71SneOKT3XWr7bW3XeDOeKRqiEnYE3-XQHL_shnLtPE9jlLj0Zpu/s320/IMG_0887.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Hello everyone! My name is Kayla Turner! I am the
Author of 2 blogs currently on blogger, one "For the Love of Art", which is my
Crafty scrapbooking side. On that blog I also enter a lot of scrapbooking
competitions like the Tim Holtz tag of the month and the Simon Says Stamp
challenges. This blog is titled “the Beauty of Etcetera” on this blog I will
talk about make-up, Beauty and DIY’s. I’m one of those people that if you can
make it, or buy it… I’m going to make it.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The Beauty of Etcetera is a strange title..?
Agreed?! So let me explain the meaning behind it. Etcetera means “and so on” so
my blog is about the beauty (or happiness) of the future (and so on) in Other
words.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The Beauty of Etcetera = The
Beauty and Happiness of not knowing about the future or what’s going to happen
next. I think this is a good title for my blog because it describes what I will
write about; I don’t know! We’ll just have to figure out
together<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">My other blog, For the Love of Art, I have
currently one two challenges on my December tag of the month, the Tim Holtz
challenge and the Simon says stamp challenge. I’m very proud of those
wins!<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">I would like to think all of you for taking the
time to read my blogs. Without you guys none of this would ever be possible!
<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Thanks
Everyone!!<o:p></o:p></span></div>
